Bernard Solnik

Bernard Solnik has been a licensed attorney for over 18 years.  He is a highly trained and experienced litigator and trial lawyer handling a broad range of cases and legal disputes. Mr. Solnik is fluent in Spanish.

He graduated from Duke University with honors and in the top rankings of his class at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Before opening his own practice, Mr. Solnik practiced at three of the nation’s top law firms: Shaw Pittman (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), Seyfarth Shaw, and Leventhal Senter & Lerman (now Lerman Senter PLLC) and received in depth training from top personal injury attorneys.

He is licensed in Maryland, Washington DC, New York, and Connecticut.  He associates with local counsel in other states when handling matters in other jurisdictions.

Past and present memberships include the Maryland Ass’n for Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association), American Ass’n for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), American Bar Association (ABA), Maryland State Bar Ass’n (MSBA), Prince George’s Co. Bar Ass’n, Montgomery Co. Bar Ass’n, and DC Bar Ass’n.

Beyond his legal skills, Mr. Solnik prides himself on giving his clients excellent service, which includes personally returning client’s phone calls and emails promptly, and taking plenty of time to listen and explain.

On the personal side, Mr. Solnik was born and raised in Roslyn, Long Island. He is a family man and an avid musician. He has two boys and a lovely wife who is an outstanding cardiology nurse. Earlier in his life he regularly performed and musically collaborated in New York City and London England with a number of musicians who have gone on to substantial, major label success. He also wrote soundtracks for various video projects, including a television news show theme song, all the music for a Hubbell Space Telescope documentary aired on the Discovery Network, and a multimedia soundtrack for an AT&T corporate multimedia cd. He was also a professional television audio engineer for both live and pre-recorded shows on ESPN, Animal Planet, and Voice of America among others. He continues to write and occasionally perform in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Howard Walsh III

Howard J. Walsh III  earned his law degree from Gonzaga Law School in 1996.  He holds a Masters in Management business degree from the University of Maryland.

Howard gained trial and litigation experience by, among other things, working at several State's Attorney's offices and by working with Judge William G. Simmons, a 25 year solo practitioner who was later appointed to a judgeship.  When Judge Simmons left private practice to become a judge, he hand picked Howard to succeed him and take over his private practice.

Like Mr. Solnik, Mr. Walsh is extremely comfortable in the courtroom, and brings both legal experience and street sense to the table.

Howard strives to completely satisfy every client. He has enjoyed great success offering the very best representation available.

On the personal side, Howard is a diehard family man and an avid golfer. He, his wife, and children also love spending time at the beach.
